Sweetheart Rice Krispy Treats

- 20g butter
-150g marshmallows
-175g Rice Krispies
-100g chocolate (optional)


In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted to a gooey consistency. Remove from heat. Mix into the Rice Krispies and make sure completely coated. I did 2 types of marshmallows, pink and white. Use a buttered spatula and pack into a lined baking tray and chill. Cut out shapes, pop on sticks and decorate with melted chocolate and any topping you wish! Enjoy.
