Angel Delight Pudding Cups

Ingredients:

Sachet of Angel Delight 

4 digestive biscuits 

Large knob of butter melted

Fresh strawberries 

Love heart candy / sprinkles

Method:

Start by making the Angel Delight up as per packet instructions and set aside.

Crush the digestive biscuits by putting them in a zip lock bag and rolling a rolling pin over till dusty and crushed.

Add melted butter into the crushed biscuits and mix.

Place crushed digestives into ramekins and pack down.

Layer with Angel delight and decorate! 

Put in the fridge till chilled for best results or eat straight away.
