3 Ingredient fork cookies

100g butter
50g caster sugar
150g self-raising-flour

Pre-heat your oven to 180c
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Beat the butter and sugar together until well combined.
Add flour to mixture and mix until it forms a soft dough.
Roll small pieces of dough into round balls.
Place on baking sheet leaving space between them for spreading.
Dip a fork in cold water and press down on each ball of dough in turn to flatten each biscuit and make an imprint.
Bake in oven for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove biscuits from oven and leave to cool.
