Microwave Playdough

Ingredients 

• 250g Flour
• 125g Salt
• 2 Tbsp Cream of Tartar
• 1 Tbsp Oil 
• 1½ cups of water
• Colouring and essence (optional)

Method 

• Mix all the ingredients together.
• Cook in microwave for 2 minutes.
• Mix until it forms a ball of dough. Microwave for another minute if water has not dried out.
• Repeat for additional minute if needed.
• Knead mixture together on a floured surface.
